Here's how to switch between kilograms (kg) and pounds (lbs) on your Omron HBF-514C body composition monitor, and some notes about the HBF-362 AP model:

Omron HBF-514C

Turn Off the Scale: Make sure the scale is powered off.

Locate the Unit Switch: On the underside of the scale, you should find a physical switch labeled "kg/lb" or "kg/st-lb" if your scale can also display weight in stones.

Change the Setting: Slide the switch to the desired unit of measurement (lbs in your case).

Confirm: Turn on the scale and step on it to verify that your weight is now displayed in pounds.

Notes on the Omron HBF-362 (AP):

It seems the HBF-362 might not have a physical unit switch. Instead, it's likely configured during initial user setup or through the Omron Connect app (if the scale is compatible).

Refer to the Manual: Check the instruction manual for your HBF-362 AP for specific instructions on changing the weight unit. You should be able to find a digital version on Omron's website.
