Hp 1310 Printer

I tried to print an envelope and it did not print -- it jammed. I pulled the envelope out of the front of the printer. I tried twice. By the third time I the envelope could not be pulled in. There is no paper jam. I printed a copy and the paper pulled through just fine. My computer still says that there is a paper jam. I tried pressing the cancel button with the color button and an "Extended Self-Test Report". What else could I do? Thank you for your help. Donna
