Firstly you need to know what speed you are getting. Then contact your service provider and confirm the results are what you are paying for. There are utilities available on the web which will improve your system speed to help with faster downloads but you would need to do an iternet search for the one that appeals to you. I have attached a free broadband speed tester link for you to use.
