need imformation on how i can change the password i really dont know were i can go and what i should get the manuel

Hello,

you can change the password by loginning into the router.

connect computer or laptop to router using ethernet cable .
open up web browser ( firefox, chrome, internet explorer)
go to website : http://dlinkrouter.local
enter loging information / if you never done this before then username = ADMIN and leave password blank .. click Log in
SEE PAGE 41 of manual : here : to change/setup security for username and password for your network
