After 1 year

After having the AVH 4500bt for more than 1 yr it has developed a few bugs. Keep in mind that I did have the unit professionally installed. I feel that for what I invested I will pay to have the tech look over the basic connections again. I never have gotten the mic to work on the bluetooth phone. I suspect a mic failure, pinched wire or connection issue. The unit pairs and connects beautifully but the person on the other end cannot here me on the mic. I have been spoiled with the use of my ipod classic over the first year. I am now beginning to get repeated connection errors to the point that I can't maintain a solid connection. Again I suspect unit anchoring issues, or maybe the connection has weakened due to vibration. The ipod itself works just fine which leads me to believe there is a connection issue. The CD/DVD player plays beautifully, no problems. All of the mechanical items including the backup camera seem to be working just fine, Ohio weather does not seem to be a factor. If I can solve the ipod and Bluetooth phone issue I'll be back in heaven.
