Not safe for personal information!!

I have had alot of problems with my ohone for the past month now. Someone was able to activate their bluetooth off my phone and steal all my personal information! This person sent all my info via bluetooth then deleted it out of my phone. They erased all my pics, messages, apps, ringtones and wallpapers. The worst thing is they sucessfully locked me out of my phone three times!! Straight talk has yet to resolve this problem!!
