To download new software The software upgrade function allows the STB to be upgraded when new functions become available. Therefore you can enjoy not only scrambled channels for pay TV channels. And you need only Smart Card of Common Interface Module by oneself. Your required Smart Card is supported by this STB includes functions of Viaccess for Viaccess but also free channels by service provider or distributor. 6 Embedded Viaccess Module and 2 x Smart Card You can watch the scrambled channels without Common Interface Module beacuse this STB.
