Dispose of it straight out. Warning: If ink gets on your eyes, flush them thoroughly with water. Do not take the used cartridge apart or try to open the cartridge cover when the print head is moving. Caution: Never attempt to refill it. If ink gets into your hands, wash them immediately with soap and water. Open the cartridge cover. 3 Install ink cartridges Note: Don't load paper before installing the ink cartridges. 1 Lift up the printer cover. 2 Open the cartridge cover. 3 S hake the ink cartridges, then unpack them. 4 Remove only the yellow tape from each cartridge. Caution: Don't remove any other seals from the cartridges. 5 Insert the cartridges in the holder for each color.
