Start But No Signal In The Monitor

l start , but in the monitor indicated no signal

Check that the monitor cable is connected and tight.  Does the PC boot?  Can you hear beeps?

The only way to remedy this is to either swap out another moinitor (borrow one) or have a technician look the unit over.
