Desktop Comes On, But Monitor Says 'no Signal' And Turns Off.

I had an emachines T5254, and the motherboard died on it.

They were made with cheap capacitors, and a cheap bestec power supply.

I guess the power supply had a reputation for killing motherboards.

Look at the capacitors near the cpu, and see if their tops are bulging. For mine, I found a motherboard (upgrade) that would work in and that did the trick. I also replaced the power supply after reading how bestec would kill the motherboards.
