Phaser 6010 Toner Feeder Tube Blocked

my phaser 6010 toner feeder tube blocked Its the yellow causing a error message. I tried to clean it with alcohol but its just to hard. I scraped some off and it came out in chunks but there is alot more in side the tube. its hard like a hard chalk. I worked for pitney Bowes repairing fax and copiers for 20 years and am retired. I can fix it myself it you can send me info on how to get that feeder tube out. Thanks....Jim
