Whirlpool Wos92ec0as Oven Is Taking A Long Time To Preheat, Why?

Even using the rapid preheat function under convection bake it took more than two hours to reach 350 farenheit. Reported to Whirlpool and they are asking me to calibrate the temperature, will this solve the issue?
