Problems Loading Amazon And Netflix On My Vizioe401i-a2
Buttons for both Amazon and Netflix are on the remote. Frequently these applications will not load. Netflix stops on the first red page, Amazon sometimes starts to load but usually stops after pressing "load". In addition, after we try to load them, the remote will not work for any task, even turning the TV off, and sometimes even the on/off on the back of the TV will not work either and we have to unplug the TV. After that, the remote will work, but just on the regular TV functions.

Here are some things to try:Restart your device

Update your device firmwareCheck to see if there are any firmware updates available for your device.
Device manufacturers regularly release firmware updates you can download to your device over an active Internet connection.
