My Viewsonic Vsd 220 Cannot Detect Files In An External 500gb Hard Disk.

Your computer system may not have the appropriate application to open your files. It may also be that the files have a computer virus which require cleaning using the latest Antivirus software on your computer. Perform a full system scan to fix this issue.
