Toshiba Estudio 232 Saying ' Hdd Mount Failed. Check Hdd Connection'

Any ideas on how to fix the above? I have come into the office this morning and this is what the printer is saying. I have turned it off, and still no change. Any help would be appreciated.

Based on your description, this is related to the loose cable connections of your Toshiba Satellite S875 particularly the cable that connects your laptop and motherboard. This is too technical for you to fix with yourself. You will need to bring the device to the service center or request a help from a computer technician.
