Is There Is Bluetooth In Toshiba Satellite L305-s5970 Support?

If you look at pages 196to 205 of your manual it will show how to enable bluetooth, if it is installed. Apparently it is not an all, but you may well ahve it, but have not yet enabled it.

If you have not got bluetooth, there are some very small adaptors that suit laptops /i use one myself on some.
