Based on your description, this might be a CD/DVD ROM hardware failure. The exclamation mark in the device manager tells you that your computer cannot detect the CD/DVD ROM. The only solution for this is CD/DVD ROM replacement which must be performed by a certified computer hardware technician. Please bring your laptop to the nearest service/repair center in your area.
