Bulb Won't Come On

I have the 62HMX84 the Red Light Stsys on solid but the Green Light Blinks 10 times then TV shuts down then comes back on. I have replaced the bulb but I can see in the back of the TV the bulb is not on. I can hear the fan wheel going. Could it be the Ballast is bad. Please help. Email to ATTN Brad.
