Warming Drawer Is Not Heating Up , Open Door Light Is Flashing

30 inch thermador warming drawer when off ,h shows up on display or if temp and timer is set the open door light flashes And will not heat up or timer will not move .It is about 5 years old and just out of thee blue decided to freeze up during Christmas dinner . Any answers would be greatly appreciated
