Led Lights On Front Panel Not Working Properly

"upper oven" light does not go on when oven turned on however oven works"lower over" light is half lit and both "cleaning" lights are half lit but become fully lit when turned on.Had this problems 10 months ago (actually at that time the only thing I noticed is that the "upper oven" light did not light when oven was turned on) and whole electronic panel was replaced under warranty. Now this is happening again. Oven is less than 2 years old and still under warranty until 1/2016. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
