T.v. Will Not Stay On !

My t.v.plays a perfect picture for about 2 seconds then blinks out. What is the reason for this ? I already checked to see if it was in sleep mode & it wasn't.

Check for loose or damaged connections on the back of your TV. You can also unplug the TV for 10 minutes and see if that resets the issue. As a last resort, go into the menu of your TV and do a factory reset.
