Problems With Sound.
It looks like my computer is connected with the headset, but no sound emmits from the headset. I know it is not my computer as I have connected it with other devices and I also connected my phone to the headset and the same thing occurred. I could even start and stop my book from the headset that I was streaming on my phone, but I had no sound.

You need to change the default sound device on your computer to the headset. I could give you more detailed instructions but I would need to know what operating system you're running. Instructions on how to do that in Windows 7 can be found here.
