Failed Fax Because 'memory Busy'

Every time I try to send a fax from our office copier/printer/fax machine it seams to go through fine but then ten minutes later it prints out a TRASACTION REPORT saying the data could not be sent and in the "TYPE/NOTE" box it says "MEMORY BUSY." Do I need to clear the memory to send faxes? if so, how do I clear the memory? And if not, why won't if send the fax?

If the line is busy when you send a fax, transmission will be attempted again automatically after a preset interval. This function only operates in memory transmission mode. In direct transmission mode or manual transmission mode, the transmission will be canceled. Wait for a brief period and then try sending the fax again.

To set the number of recall attempts and the interval between attempts when the connection cannot be established because the line is busy, or for other reasons:In "Setting mode", select [System Settings]U94;[Image Send Settings]U94;[Fax Settings]U94;[Send Settings]U94;[Recall in Case of Line Busy].
The factory default setting is two attempts at 3-minute intervals.
