How To Set Up To Print Envelopes From The Side Tray

We Can No Longer Print Envelopes From Out Computer..we Have To Manually Do It

I understand the question that was posted in the subject line, but have no clue what you mean when you say "when cant print envelopes from the computer but have to do it manually".

Select Print

printer properties

PAPER

-select bypass tray

-specify the size of the(original) document

(if you leave it as the default 8.5x11" it will attempt to print on an envelope that big!)

Load envelopes in the by-pass tray.
