My Plc-xu35 Lamp Light Is On And The Ready Light. When I Hit The Power On Button

The red lamp light and the ready light is on. When I turn it on the fan comes on fro a while the the ready light (green) light goes off. Then the ready light comes back on and the fan goes off and it seems to be in this loop and you can go any further. these are the only two light that is on on the projector. Help!Thanks!
