Audio Stinks

LIKE THE AUDIO ON MY TV ZIPS IN AND OUT EVERY OTHER WORD. EVEN ON MY DVR. SO SANYO SENT ME A USB WITH A #53 HARDWARE UPDATE, MINE IS 50 , HOWEVER IT CANNOT EVEN DOWNLOAD WHEN I HIT ENTER IT DOES NOTHING.
