Camera Frozen
It started when I tried to e-mail a photo. When I moved the dial to the wi-fi setting, the camera brought up the MSN webiste instead of giving me the usual -mail screen. While I tried to figure out why this was happening, the camera froze. It appears that it was trying to load the MSN site again. I can't turn the camera off or get it off of the internet.

Remove the battery for 10 sec
insert the batttery back then try it again
make sure the internal storage is not full

hi..i spoke to samsung yesterday and they are aware of this problem. Say "they have an issue on samsung cameras and they are trying to fix"....cant tell you any more as that is all they said.....but at least you know it's not something at your end it is all Samsung, so i suppose its just a question of waiting really. Disgusting of them not to put some info fir their loyal customers on their website. Anyway hope this helps. Cheers, Tosca.
