Is Ts-h492atb01 Compatible In Windows 7
My TS-H492A cannot read any disc in windows 7. I use os windows xp before and can burn and read any disc and it was fine. In windows 7, I enabled the cdfs and udfs in the registry start value from set 4 to set 1 but still no results. Please help me troubleshoot this problem. Thank you.

P.S. If i inserted my samsung combo drive user's guide in the tray, the driver can read it except other cds and dvds

I believe that this may be related to a hardware issue which requires reinstallation of the device because your Samsung TS-H492A and other optical drives do not require a driver software to work properly.
