Samsung Jetpack Unresponsive Sch-lc11

Samsung get back unresponsive have three solid blue lights cannot turn off unless battery is removed as soon as battery is reinstalled and power button is pushed automatic three solid blue lights have replaced battery with new one already and still no effect

Having taken a look at the manual available from this link:

I found on page 13 there are instructions on performing a reset to factory. This could solve your issue but will reset the unit to the original factory settings.
