No Power Whatsoever, Anyone Else With These Issues?

One day the computer just wouldn't power on, no lights nothing. I bought a new power cord in the hopes that was the issue, still nothing. Any ideas, thoughts, advice? I will replace the motherboard if need be, if it's just the power plug (internal) where can I find one? I know it just plugs into the motherboard so it's easy to replace.

Unless it is is a problem with power like a faulty power supply and a flat battery then the help supplied by Samsung is to perform a restore. The computer is not turning on or does not respond and displays a blank screen.

Restore the computer using Samsung Recovery Solution

1. Turn the computer on and press the F4 key when the booting screen (SAMSUNG logo) appears.

2. The computer will boot up in restore mode after a short while and Samsung Recovery Solution appears.

3 . When the start menu screen appears, click Restore

Hope that helps. More help is availabe at this Samsung link.

If you have data then one hopes it is backed up.
