Samsung Tv No Sound

samsung tv model LNS4695DX has no sound, sometimes unplugging the tv for several hours sound will return. Only devise connected to tv is direct tv box.

If you are using a HDMI cable replace it with another one, if not check the audio connectors plugin for a good connection.
