Picture Ratio Isn't The Correct Size
the image is cutoff on the sides and none of the picture ratios fit the screen correctly. Also the "wide fit" and "screen fit" options are grayed out. I checked but the software/firmware are up to date. There are no adjustments available on the cabel box to change the picture size. How do I fix the picture?

A few possible scenarios. Check the information on page 16 of the user guide for help. You can obtain that from this link:

Also check the settings of the device you are using as a source as the settings on that can be wrong and stopping you from changing the tv.
Lastly a factory reset will reset all to original you will need to set your options. Make a note of any specific settings before choosing this route.
