Samsung Factory Reset

Is there a way to reset my samsung home theater receiver model # ht-q70

You can try this method.

Power on the TV that your player is connected to.

Press the power button to turn on the player.

Press the 'open/close' button on the player to open the tray.

Remove the disc and wait for the player to say "no disc".

Press the 'FF' button on the player.

DO NOT USE THE THE REMOTE.

and hold it for about eight seconds until the message "reset" appears on the display, followed by the player turning off. Wait 10 seconds after the player turns off.

Press the power button. The 'Menu Language selection' screen will appear on the TV. Each language has a number next to it, such as ;1; for English

Selectyour preferred language from the list.

The 'e-Contents' menu will then be displayed on the TV. you have now reset the player.
