It Won't Connect

I can't get it connect. I have taken the battery out several times and it still won't connect.BMOV

Referring to the user guide. The first step is to download and install the app from Google Play. You then need to create an account with Samsung. Once that has been done and verified you should then be able connect. I have a similar one for my dog. It works but needs to see a satellite to be accurate located.

Hope you can get it working. Obviously if it is new and does not function then a visit the retailer is needed.
