Page 109 onwards explains the procedure for connecting to networks. If you have copies of your photos it could help to reset the camera to factory and then reinstall it onto your PC. However it states that it requires Windows XP, to Windows 8 or Mac OS 10.5 or later. You do not state your O/S. I am not aware that it is Windows 10 compatible but it is possible to run the application in Windows 8 compatibility mode in your control panel. It should function though via wi-fi, as that is not dependant on any O/S. If it not recognised then uninstalling any software relating to the camera from your PC, and then re-installing the software may help.
