No Remote Control

I LOST THE REMOTE CONTROL AND I WANT TO CHOOSE THE SELECT CHOICE AT THE CHAPTER OF CHOOSING SOURCES, EXT1, EXT2 ETC. MY ONLY CHOISE ARE THE BUTTONS BESIDE THE SCREEN.THANK YOU.
