Restoring a Ricoh MP 2501SP to factory settings entails:

1. Click "User Tools/Counter," then "System Settings," to enter the machine's admin mode.

2. If necessary, enter the administrator password.

3. In the System Settings menu, select "Initialize," "Reset," or "Factory Reset" (options may vary).

To reset your Ricoh MP 2501SP to factory settings, you can follow these steps:

Press and hold the ./* and # keys on the control panel simultaneously.

While still holding the ./* and # keys, turn on the printer.

Continue holding the ./* and # keys until the printer displays the Reset Settings screen.

Once the reset is complete, the printer will display the Ready screen.
