Ricoh Aficio Sp C430dn Error Sc 899 How To Fix? Reset Doesn't Work
Ricoh Aficio SP C430DN constantly shows error SC899 and won't start/print anythign. I have tried to reboot it, but the message still appears. Could you please instruct me how to fix this error or to hard (factory) reset the printer otherwise. Thank you in advance

sc899 on a Ricoh printer is generally caused by a corrupted or stuck print job. This can happen for many reasons -- trying to print a web page that has animated ads, printing a certain TrueType font, printing from a certain version of the Adobe Reader plug-in, etc.
To get rid of the code, you will need to clear the bad print job and reboot the printer. You can find detailed instructions for doing so here:
