How Do I Change The Energy Mode On A Ricoh Sp3400sf/sp 3410sf Printer
How can I turn the energy saver mode completely off when I use the Ricoh SP 3400SF/SP 3410SF

Unfortunately, for the last several years, due to EPA requirements you cannot completely disable energy saver mode. On this model you have only 2 options, 'Power Saver 1' and 'Power Saver 2'. 1 is 30 seconds and 2 is 2 hours. That setting is located in 'Administrator Tools. I will upload the user manual.
