Black Lines Across The Copy!
When I make a copy or send something from the computer, I get black lines smeared across the top of the pagel

Hi, there are many things that could cause black lines, but if you get them when you print and copy, the most likely cause is a dirty or worn charge roller. The easiest way to correct this problem is to replace the black PCU.
