Cannot Copy Double Sided To Single Sided

Hi, to copy double-sided to single-sided, you can choose the shortcut option on the copy screen, in the middle of the screen, that shows a two-sided original with an arrow pointing to a one-sided copy. If you don't see this option, you can do the same thing by selecting Duplex at the bottom of the screen and choosing two-sided original to one-sided copy.
