Aficio Mfp Cannot Send Email

Hi, there are many reasons why the machine would not be able to send to email:
- If it was never set up to scan to email, you'll need to enter all of that information first (SMTP server name, authentication info, etc.).
- If the SMTP server is experiencing problems.
- If the DNS server is experiencing problems.
- If there is a firewall or router blocking access.
- If there is a bad cable or network device.
- If the email address was entered incorrectly, or it is a bad email address.
- If a sender is not specified and your setup requires a sender to be specified.
- If the SMTP user name and/or password are not correct.
- If the wrong port number and protocol (ie., SSL) are selected.
