Paper Is Folded At The Time Of Printing...

Any time you have folded or dog-eared paper, the first thing to check is the paper in the paper tray. Make sure the paper stack is straight. Take the paper out, fan it, and put it back in upside-down. If it still folds when you print, try a fresh ream of paper.

If you are still getting folding, then more troubleshooting will be needed to determine the exact cause. Does it happen on every page, or only sometimes? Does it only happen when doing double-sided, or on single-sided too? Does it only happen from one paper tray?

Answering these questions can help to determine the cause. Many times folded paper is caused by something stuck in the paper path -- either a scrap of paper from a previous paper jam, or possible a burr of toner stuck on a guide. Post as much information here about the folding and we will try to help you troubleshoot the problem.
