Hi, you can store email addresses and fax numbers right from your computer using the Web Image Monitor. Open up a web browser and go to the copier's IP address. (If you don't know the IP address, you can find it by printing a config page.) Click the Login link and enter the user name and password. Then under Device Management, select Address Book. From here, select Add to add a new user, and enter the user's name and either the fax number or email address.
