What Does Error Message Rollover Sw Open Mean

pool heater is one year old and this season when turning system on we get an error message that says Rollover SW Open please help

Roll Out Sw Open - Rollout Switch - verify gas pressure, combustion air, blocked heat exchanger, proper vent size/connections, high wind conditions.
