Time Clock/fireman Switch Circuit Is Open. What Does This Mean?

I had a replacement circuit board put in about 10 days ago and now the display shows the time clock/fireman switch is open. This never appearthe with the old circuit board. What does it mean band what do I do to get the furnace working?
