What does Cal and F Cal mean? Which one is the calories burned?

Calories stands for calories burned while F cal means fat calories burned. Although losing calories is a good thing, fat calories are the target calories one wants to lose, because you will be burning the fat in your body. Regular calories can mean burning a number of things from our body such as carbs and polysaccharides. I am a pre med student and hope this helped.
