I found the problem in my machine. Opening up the back covers, I noticed the magnets where in almost full contact with the wheel, where it provides max resistance. As I change the levels on the console, I could see the motor adjust, but it was moving nothing. I immediately noticed t a loose tension wire, that had freed itself from the motor housing. So as the resistance was changed on the console, the wire was not moving, thus not separating the magnets for less resistance. Anywho I rewound the tension wire around the pulley and into the motor housing. Also the tension nut holding the wire to the magnets needed adjustment for full resistance range. After this, viola, machine is working! FYI customer service was quick to blame the electrical system, console or motor for lots of $$. This is an easy fix and if anyone needs help feel free to contact me. Here is a photo of the wire for reference.i62.tinypic.com/2r76882.jpg[/IMG]
