Stays In Protection Mode
the amp stays in protection mode when the speakers and the rca s are not hooked up why is that

This is a safety feature.
Thermal protection engages when
amplifier heat sink temperature
exceeds 85° C (185° F). Make sure
there is proper ventilation for the amplifier,
and improve ventilation as needed
