My Navigation/radio Is Not Powering On.

My car ran out of battery because my radio was left on all night. Now my car is running fine, but my navigation/radio system is not powering on. The lights on the bottom blinks but the system itself is not on. My screen is blank. The eject button work but the screen is blank. Is there a short circuit somewhere? It was working fine till I ran out of battery on my car.
